Live at the Lounge Poetry Slam

The Australian Poetry Slam returns to Live at the Lounge in 2023.

It is time to flex your vocal chords with a new voice. Write new poetic revolutions. You’ve got two minutes on the mic. Build your momentum to crescendo and be heard.

Audience! You may be chosen as a judge. Poets! You have two minutes to spit, howl, dance, whisper and dream out-loud.

Perform your original work; no props, no costumes, no music.

The two highest-scoring poets will represent Sydney in the Sydney Final! Are you the next Australian Poetry Slam Champion?
