Australian Literary Agents’ Association (ALAA)
The Australian Literary Agents’ Association provides a public presence and a point of contact for Australian literary agencies and their staff.
Their website presents the ALAA to the public and includes a list of members, their code of practice, links to literary contacts and advice for writers.

Australian Poetry Centre
The Australian Poetry Centre aims to strengthen the presence and profile of Australian poetry within Australia and overseas; and promote the writing, reading, and appreciation of poetry as an integral part of personal and community life.

Australian Society of Authors (ASA)
The Australian Society of Authors is the peak professional association for Australia's literary creators and was formed to promote and protect the rights of Australia's writers and illustrators.

Express Media
Express Media provides support and development opportunities for young Australians in writing and media through training and development, workshops, publications, providing resources and recognising the achievements of young writers.

The Fellowship of Australian Writers - New South Wales
The Fellowship of Australian Writers assists and supports all writers by fostering and promoting the growth of Australian writing, encouraging the study of Australian literature, encouraging excellence in writing and forging links with overseas writers.

The NSW Writers' Centre
The NSW Writers' Centre was established to promote writing-based culture and the rights and interests of writers. The Centre offers literary resources, seminars, courses, workshops and professional information to established and aspiring writers of all kinds. It also provides a spacious venue for events such as book launches, readings, literary evenings and lectures as well as meeting spaces for writers' groups and literary organisations.

Regional Arts NSW
Regional Arts NSW is the peak body for regional arts activity in NSW. It provides a range of services and represents a state-wide network of Regional Arts Boards in the key areas of advocacy, capacity building, communications and support.

The Society of Women Writers NSW Inc.
The Society of Women Writers NSW Inc. is the longest-standing literary society in Australia.
The Society aims to enable women writers in all genres to meet and network, and to benefit from regular seminars and workshops.  They aim to encourage aspiring writers to achieve professional status.

Youth Arts Queensland (YAQ)
Youth Arts Queensland is Queensland’s peak body for young people in the arts. YAQ advocates for and promotes young people’s involvement in the arts and creative industries as participants, creators, and consumers of artistic and creative product.
